At long last

Some time ago I wrote a blog on the abuse of handicap parking permits.

Well, at long last, someone, or more to the point, a whole city, has started to do something about it.

Melissa and I NEVER use our disabled badge in either car unless Jaden is with us and we intend to get her out and into her wheelchair.

Well done Birmingham!
